The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any gourmet meal or whatever you like. The living room has a huge L-shaped sofa and an entertainment center with satellite connection for large, flat screen TV. Plus a DVD player.
Upstairs on the roof, the private area includes comfortable patio furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue grill, jacuzzi and bathroom. It is completely outfitted for fun, fun, fun! Just bring your bathing attire. Even beach towels are provided.
The condo has mini-splits and ceiling fans thruout. There is a shared pool and garden area. Off street parking provided.
The central location is perfect if you will be taking tours, taking the ferry to Cozumel, or if you don t plan on renting a car, you can walk to everything.

Low Season: 1600 USD Per Week May, June, September

Mid Season: 1400 USD Per Week

High Season: 1200 USD Per Week January, February, March, April, August, December
